Locum - Physician - Urology Silverdale WA

Summary: Looking for a full time bread and butter Urologist for clinic and call. Clinic Manager will provide clinic tour/orientation before start date. Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general cases, clinic, rounding, and OR. Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills. Robot onsite at hospital for cases if needed. Will be sole provider in a fast paced/busy dept. Provider may take hospital call during clinic hours.

Assignment Duration: 3-4 months

Reason for Coverage: open position with difficulty in recruiting, current locum unable to keep up in fast paced setting.

Dealbreakers: Providers who are not agreeable to terms in the job desc. Providers who cannot keep up in a fast paced, busy enviornment, providers who are not agreeable to rates or who have not reviewed the job description and understand pt. volumes and setting.

Requirement description :

• Board Certification REQUIRED (Can accept Board Eligible)

• Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED

• BLS - REQUIRED

• Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED (Do not accept candidates that cannot work specified dates-Week of 11/25, 12/30, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31)

• Specific dates and black out dates required for presentation - REQUIRED

• Must list # of shifts provider is available to offer/month & if availability is shared between assignments - REQUIRED

1. Vendors are now required to compile all presentation documents for a locum into a single PDF file.

2. The PDF must be uploaded into TRIO in the "Candidate Documents" section under the locum's submission page.

3. The PDF title should include the locum's name, site location, and specialty (ex. Dr. John Smith Good Samaritan Physician Nephrology)

4. An up-to-date CV (solely) is still required to submit in Name Clear Documents initially when sending a new name clear. Vendors will have until bid due date to submit a PDF of ALL presentation documents. If PDF is not submitted, TRIO will not clear provider.
