Job Summary: Epic Beacon is Epic Systems medical oncology module, in which physicians can document cancer staging and manage chemotherapy by creating and personalizing treatment plans based on standard oncology protocols, according to Epic s product catalog. Job Requirement: - HS Diploma or GED - Beacon Certified IS PREFERENCE IN EPIC OR IMPLEMENENTING 3rd party software would be helpful not required - Interface error queues exp Job Responsibilities: Beacon (ServiceNow) Analyst Currently 205 ServiceNow tasks, including general tasks, incidents, and VRTs from demands. o Ticket System come in and new builds, optimizations o Large queue built up, enhancements to build as operations has identified as needs 5 active ServiceNow projects 16 active Research Demands o lots of request coming from those applications Supporting multiple 3rd party applications, including daily work required for work queue errors Multiple workgroups/weekly meetings Blount rollout project Project Scope: Epic (Beacon) What is the current initiative or project this resource will be supporting? - Blount Rollout o ServiceNow integration support requests o Aria for radiation oncology major tech support functions pulling the d2d o Is your team the last escalation point?
