Job Requirement: - HS Diploma or GED - Beacon Certified IS PREFERENCE IN EPIC OR IMPLEMENENTING 3rd party software would be helpful not required - Interface error queues exp Job Responsibilities: Beacon (ServiceNow) Analyst Currently 205 ServiceNow tasks, including general tasks, incidents, and VRTs from demands. o Ticket System come in and new builds, optimizations o Large queue built up, enhancements to build as operations has identified as needs 5 active ServiceNow projects 16 active Research Demands o lots of request coming from those applications Supporting multiple 3rd party applications, including daily work required for work queue errors Multiple workgroups/weekly meetings Blount rollout project Project Scope: Epic (Beacon) What is the current initiative or project this resource will be supporting? - Blount Rollout o ServiceNow integration support requests o Aria for radiation oncology major tech support functions pulling the d2d o Is your team the last escalation point?
