Job Description :
- Fulltime BC / BE Neonatologist position available
- 8physician practice at Wesley Medical Center
- Combination of 8 and 24hour shifts on 7week rotating schedule. 1.0 FTE does approximately 170 hours per month of inhouse coverage.
- Neonatologists provide inhouse call and backup call from home.
- LevelIII 60bed NICU
- 6000 deliveries each year at the hospital
- The intensive and special care units average around 1000 admissions annually with an average daily census of 54
- All services except ECMO and heart surgery
- Supported by residents and nurse practitioners
- Affiliated with KU School of Medicine Wichita offers extensive QI and research opportunities
- Open to new Fellow graduate candidates if already BC in Pediatrics
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Open to J1 & H1B visa candidates
