Duties : Job Summary : Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment planning implementation and evaluation to provide delegate supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient / family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Skills : Required Skills & Experience : Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit / department to which staff is assigned. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients families and hospital personnel. Preferred Skills & Experience : N / A
Education : Required Education : Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education : Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification & Licensure : Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. BLS Preferred Certification & Licensure : N / A This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position however as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and / or include certain benefits like : Stipends (for clinical traveler workers only) Medical Dental Vision 401K. Pay range : (USD)(USD)53 hrly (USD)(USD)69 hrly.
Schedule Notes : MUST HAVE 2 years of experience in specialty areas. MUST HAVE BLS ACLS MUST HAVE basic dysrhythmia testing competency Must be willing to float between ICU and stepdown This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4hrs with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time 6 week schedules
