Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced TrackWise Analyst to support and enhance quality management processes using the TrackWise platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QMS (Quality Management Systems) regulatory compliance and handson experience configuring and troubleshooting the TrackWise application.
Responsibilities :
- Configure and maintain the TrackWise QMS platform including workflows reports and integrations.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for system enhancements.
- Perform system testing validation and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with quality standards (SIT / UAT).
- Provide enduser support training and documentation for the TrackWise system.
- Ensure the TrackWise platform aligns with FDA GxP and other regulatory requirements .
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
