Your mission
As an Office Manager (all roles), you will be an integral part of the Business Operations team, contributing to the continued growth of our company. No day will be the same and you will be given a healthy amount of responsibility and autonomy, always supported by the team.
Your Day-to-day
VÆRIDION is a fast-growing deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. Since the restrictions by law on CO2 emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel will stimulate Green Regional Air Mobility, we believe it's our mission to provide an aircraft for Zero emission regional flights.
At VÆRIDION our goal is to develop, build and certify a full electric microliner carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other aeroplanes in its class, it provides a better travel experience door to door up to 500 km. We offer new optimized design based on proven principles, around proven and available technology in electric motors and batteries, that brings lowest risk and shortest route to certification.

Your Day-to-day
- Ensuring that everyone finds the office a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
- Assisting with the organization of internal and external events, including event coordination and managing bookings.
- Overseeing office space planning, workplace setup, and liaising with external parties.
- Providing administrative support, including the preparation of reports and meetings.
- Ideally, first experiences as an office manager/team assistant in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
- Excellent coordination, planning, and improvisation skills with an eye for details.
- Open-minded team player with a hands-on mentality.
- You are located in Munich. Ideally, you have a drivers license.
- You are fluent in German, along with strong English skills.
