WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities »
- Develop and maintain, but not limited to the following:
- Service Training
- Floor Leadership
- Profitability of Business Unit
- Manager & Exempt Employee Development
- Hourly Employee Development
- Manage day to day operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making, employee support, guest interaction, scheduling, payroll, planning while upholding standards, food quality and cleanliness
- Act as liaison between front-line employees and the general manager
- Place purchase orders and adhere to budget
- Employee tracking and management
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
- Exercise good judgment and decision making in escalating concerns and aggressively resolving issues
- Curate & impact social media content
- Prepare daily pre-shifts
- Review daily minutes from service and create action plan for improvement.
