- Exposure to Complex IT web Applications, within the past 10 years.
- Experience in a role supporting a software development project, within the past 10 years.
- Experience working with educational data systems: 6 Years.
- Ability to conduct meetings, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations: 10 Years.
- Experience in a professional office environment: 10 Years.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Visio: 10 Years.
- Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project: 10 Years.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC): 5 Years.
- Project management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologies: 5 Years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Would assist with Requirement Analysis, Functional Design and Testing documentation for all systems, Processes, Data flows, and Services impacted by the project.
- The resource should have an high level experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, creating the Functional requirements, End to end testing, Bug tracking, and Coordination/Communication skills with state agency stakeholders, and DTMB team members.
- Relevant IT system integration experience is needed.
- Will work closely with business users and the development teams to analyze business requirements, document requirements, and provide feedback on the actual system implementation of the business logic.
- Will setup the Agile sprint processes for this project and run the Agile sprint meetings.
- Supports the development team on the project by providing requirements clarification, removing roadblocks in the development process.
