- Seven (7) or more years of experience in IT architecture, systems development, or a similar field, with a proven track record in ServiceNow development.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Lead, through influence, a cross-functional technical team developing solutions to address complex business challenges across multiple technologies.
- Act as a dedicated ServiceNow Developer by managing bug fixes, optimizing production environments, and ensuring the platform's efficiency.
- Serve as a key architectural resource with a focus on Digital Supply Chain, Integration, Automation, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies.
- Utilize best practices and standards across all technology stacks.
- Translate business needs into technical applications, optimizing and expanding system usage to drive organizational adoption.
Standout Qualification:
- Advanced expertise in technology systems relevant to this role, such as Digital Supply Chain or Cloud.
- Strong financial and technical modeling skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly evaluate technical approaches, workflows, and analytical methods, recommending enhancements where necessary.
- Perform hands-on development and solution design within ServiceNow, aligning with broader enterprise goals.
