Infrastructure Sales ManagerPrimary Location : Louisville, KentuckyV-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Infrastructure Sales Manager in Louisville, Kentucky.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities » Consistent sales outreach driven by campaign efforts via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to build prospect and client company profiles. Align with the Marketing team to define go-to-market messaging to support overall sales and marketing strategy for driving new infrastructure business. Develop and carry out strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plans that support V-Soft’s infrastructure strategic objectives. Client Engagement & Relationship Management : Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to build trust with clients, forge relationships, and solve key critical infrastructure issues. Leverage case studies from the existing customer base to showcase infrastructure success within V-Soft. Work closely with the proposals team to drive and support large infrastructure RFPs and deliver winning strategies and approaches. Take ownership of the sales cycle for acquiring new infrastructure clients, including creating pursuit plans, building compelling proposals, and managing customer relationships throughout the sales, delivery, and support process. Collaborate with the current infrastructure team to understand success to date and use these success stories throughout the sales journey.Strategy & Leadership : Travel as needed to meet with prospects, clients, and attend infrastructure-related industry events. Ability to articulate technology solutions, proposal making, and contract negotiations for outsourcing services across the organization. Participate in weekly Lattice meetings with the Manager to document activity, discuss challenges, confirm action items, and review overall sales activity. Remain responsive and flexible as organizational needs change and adapt to market conditions. Be a business partner, visionary, change agent, and evangelist while taking ownership of driving new infrastructure growth.Qualifications : Proven experience in consulting sales, specifically in infrastructure services (networking, cloud, data center, cybersecurity). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with executive IT and infrastructure leaders. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sales prospecting tools. Ability to articulate technology solutions and drive contract negotiations for infrastructure outsourcing services. Demonstrated success in engaging and interfacing with CXO-level executives. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.WHAT YOU’LL DO : Job Responsibilities : Leverage experience in consulting sales, preferably in infrastructure services (networking, cloud, data center, data center services) to drive net new logos and infrastructure-related projects. Utilize knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.), cybersecurity, and data center management to set initial meetings with infrastructure decision-makers. Embrace a goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
