Title : Technical Field Manager / Master Technician

Location : St. Louis Missouri.

Duration : Permanent Contract

This role is based in the St. Louis, MO area and involves :

Helping dealerships with advanced diagnostics and challenging customer cases.

Managing and mentoring over 100 technicians across multiple locations.

Traveling regionally (about 70-80%) to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone with :

Strong automotive technical knowledge.

Must have recent, hands-on automotive technical issue diagnosis experience

Master-level certifications (e.g., ASE A1-A8, L1).

Strong experience with Audi, VW, or other European brands.

Expertise in Electric Vehicles (EV) and leadership experience in a shop or dealership setting.
