Title : Network Security Engineer / Palo Alto

Required Location : Hybrid in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Interview Required : Video

Duration : 12 months

Visa : Any except OPT / CPT

Update : Must have Palo Alto certification

We need a senior (10 years) Network security engineer with extensive experience in Palo Alto Firewalls and with Network security certifications.
CANDIDATES NEED TO BE HYBRID ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK IN DEERFIELD BEACH
Candidates must have Long Projects / Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local.

ualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

7 years of experience in network security engineering, with a focus on Palo Alto Networks technologies .

Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and related products.

Proficiency in configuring and managing advanced firewall features such as App-ID, Content-ID, User-ID, and Threat Prevention .

Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, etc.) and security frameworks.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integrating Palo Alto firewalls in hybrid environments is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Certifications (Preferred) :

Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer ( PCNSE )

Cisco Certified Network Associate ( CCNA ) or equivalent

Certified Information Systems Security Professional ( CISSP )
