Data Entry Specialist

Primary Location : Elmhurst, Illinois

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Data Entry Specialist for our premier client in Elmhurst, Illinois .

Education and Experience "

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • 3 years of proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in supporting project management teams is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

    • WHAT YOU'LL DO :

    Job Responsibilities :

  • Regularly verify and audit data to identify and correct discrepancies or inaccuracies.
  • Provide reports and updates on project data as required by the Flow Project Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Flow Project Manager and other team members to gather necessary project information and documentation.
  • Assist in tracking the progress of flow projects by entering updates and status reports into project management systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related materials, including approvals, invoices, and customer communications.
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including summaries and progress reports for internal and client review.
  • Support invoicing activities by ensuring all required data for invoicing is correctly inputted and documented.
  • Respond to inquiries related to data and project records, providing accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Support other administrative functions related to flow projects, as required.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain project data related to flow projects, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
