GMP Equipment Calibration/Maintenance
At V-Soft Consulting, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a GMP Equipment Calibration/Maintenance expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contingency plans for high-risk scenarios related to equipment calibration.
- Manage the calibration spare parts program through a risk-based process, working closely with stakeholders to identify necessary components and storage requirements.
- Serve as the system administrator of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), overseeing account creation, calibration, and training, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the system.
- Collaborate with end-user departments to schedule calibration activities that minimize disruptions to operating schedules.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the existing calibration program and implement sustainable improvements.
- Determine calibration specifications and complete out-of-tolerances in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Design and deliver in-house calibration training programs to educate employees on calibration principles and their role in ensuring product safety and quality.
- Evaluate and manage third-party vendors performing equipment calibration services, reviewing and accepting vendor documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
- Provide quarterly metrics on overall calibration status, including leading indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a GMP equipment calibration/maintenance role.
- In-depth understanding of calibration principles and maintenance best practices.
- Prior experience with CMMS.
- Ability to create training materials and train internal employees.
