Education and Experience "
Must Have :
- Experience in Azure Dev Ops.
- Knowledge of energy terminology.
- Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Entering bug and story tickets into a software management system.
- Excel reporting skills.
- MS Office skills.
- Professional customer service phone skills for high importance customers (public facing, not internal).
- Ability to execute existing SQL queries.
- Automation / Technical Writer.
