Schedule: This is a Monday through Friday position from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. shift

The Culinary Content Creator will be responsible researching popular trends for preparing and presenting dishes on camera, contributing to recipe development, tastings, and other kitchen-related duties. This individual will collaborate closely with the Kitchen staff and studio team in all stages of content development, including script writing, voice-overs, and video production. Off-camera responsibilities may include kitchen setup, recipe research, and development to ensure seamless production and outstanding content delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:- Research, develop and refine recipes, with a focus on using V & V Supremo products.
- Conduct tastings, learning new cooking techniques, and providing professional feedback.
- Work with the Executive Chef to develop culinary knowledge and techniques to effectively share with the food community.
- Prepare for pre-taping rehearsals by:
- Conducting cooking research.
- Reviewing video script bullet points.
- Practicing cooking techniques.
- Familiarizing with new equipment.
- Set up the kitchen for video and live presentations.
- Conduct rehearsals and test equipment to ensure readiness for on-camera presentations.
- Develop and revise scripts, outlines, and recipes for market-specific/tailored productions.
- Collaborate with the studio media team throughout all stages of content development, including:
- Script writing.
- Voice-overs.
- Video production.
- Prepare and present dishes on camera for video/audio recordings and live demonstrations.
- Educate and inspire audiences by sharing culinary techniques and product applications during cooking demonstrations.
