Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with business SMEs to address project team questions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and refinement sessions.
• Capture and document user stories and acceptance criteria in the system of record.
• Elaborate acceptance criteria and test cases for verification, SIT, and UAT.
• Serve as a tester for validation and UAT case scenarios, as needed.
• Mentor teams on analysis techniques and best practices; provide guidance to PO/SM/PM.
• Identify and suggest solutions, create mockups, and present them to teams and stakeholders.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Represent stakeholders and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Groom backlogs collaboratively with developers.
• Quickly become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned projects.
• Validate sprint implementations against project plans and requirements.
• Maintain and share documentation in designated cloud storage locations.
