Job Summary:

We're hiring a Data Scientist/Analyst with strong hands-on experience in the Retail CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) domain. This role focuses on data cleansing, analysis, predictive modeling, and leveraging Agentic frameworks to automate insights for key areas like sales, inventory, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities: Data Management & ETL:

• Build and maintain data pipelines for cleansing and preparation.

• Work with data from sources like POS systems, inventory databases, and customer platforms.

• Handle missing values, anomalies, and inconsistencies effectively.

Retail CPG Analytics:

• Analyze sales, inventory, and marketing campaign data.

• Develop predictive models for demand forecasting and customer segmentation.

• Provide insights to improve marketing performance and supply chain operations.

Agentic Frameworks & Automation:

• Work with tools like Auto-GPT or LangChain to automate analysis tasks.

• Develop intelligent agents for anomaly detection and reporting.

• Integrate these with existing data tools and pipelines.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.

• Present insights and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Share recommendations in a clear, business-friendly format.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or similar field.

• Strong skills in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

• Solid grasp of data preprocessing, analysis, and modeling.

• Experience with data visualization (Tableau / Power BI).

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Auto-GPT, LangChain, etc.).

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of Retail POS data, supply chain analytics, and customer LTV.

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, and time series forecasting.
