Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge ML models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate must have 8 years of experience in ML/AI and currently be working in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML models and algorithms.

• Work with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning techniques.

• Optimize and scale ML models for performance and efficiency.

• Manage large-scale datasets, ensuring data integrity and preprocessing for ML pipelines.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to implement AI-driven solutions.

• Stay updated on the latest ML trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years in ML, AI, or related fields (Must be currently working as a Lead ML Engineer)
Strong Python programming skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning
Expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) for ML model deployment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
