1. Capabilities Mapping:
- Identify, define, and document business capabilities in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop heat maps to identify capability gaps and recommend enhancements.
2. Process Modeling:
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Standardize workflows using industry-standard modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).
3. Journey Mapping:
- Lead customer and employee journey mapping initiatives.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement.
4. Strategic Architecture Development:
- Create and maintain business architecture artifacts that align with enterprise frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical architects to ensure business requirements translate into scalable solutions.
5. Governance and Standards:
- Ensure consistent application of architectural standards, best practices, and TOGAF methodologies.
- Participate in governance boards to review and approve architecture changes.
- 7 years in business architecture, process modeling, or related roles.
- Proven experience in capabilities mapping, process modeling, and journey mapping.
- Strong knowledge of BRM principles and ability to act as a liaison between business and IT.
- TOGAF certification or demonstrated understanding of TOGAF frameworks.
- Proficiency in business modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS).
- Expertise in sales and aftermarket processes in industrial machinery.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
