Job Description
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects within scope, on time, and within budget for US Region . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, IT infrastructure planning, implementation, and maintenance.
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement
12 Years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, and security.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Degree or equivalent industry experience
Solid understanding and working experience of infrastructure and leading IT technologies
Excellent communications skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, and documentation skills (sharepoint, wiki)
Strong managerial skills, self-motivated, and willing to work long hours and weekends when required
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
Execute and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team culture.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Manages Level 3 / 2 / 1 NOC Support teams working in 24
7 environments.
Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
Ensure project delivery / services as per assigned SLAs.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions.
Ensure that infrastructure projects align with the organization's technology roadmap and strategic objectives.
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of IT infrastructure.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to validate compliance with industry best practices.
