Located in the Midwest, this unique business offers a full-service off-road experience and vacation spot second to none, easily accessible to the world, less than 150 miles from two major cities and airports.The Opportunity : If you are a dynamic and creative Marketing / Brand Manager, this is your chance to create a 360-degree marketing strategy that will define the brand, create and enhance brand awareness and traffic (virtual & physical) for four business units, and align the organization’s marketing, sales, and service efforts. A hybrid work model is available.Benefits : Medical / Dental / Vision401K matchPTOEmployee discountsDuties and Responsibilities : Develop a 360-degree marketing strategy that includes a brand strategy with brand guidelines.Determine best practices to co-market all four business units while protecting the company’s risks.Develop a tactical plan to execute the above strategy.Communicate to and collaborate with all stakeholders.Serve as the key point of contact for OEM and other partners.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis.Analyze brand performance metrics to assist decision-making.Create promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and sales growth.Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting as needed.Create consistent brand messaging across all channels.Ensure company mission, vision, and values are maintained in initiatives and communication.Qualifications : 5 years of marketing and brand strategy experience.Strong skills in strategic planning, market research, and budgeting.Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and all digital channels.Ability to quickly analyze data to inform marketing decisions and strategies.Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively.Identifiable experience in leading / managing marketing agencies and contractors.Strong experience in creative advertising and design.Knowledge of the off-roading world is a BIG plus!#J-18808-Ljbffr
