Responsibilities :
- Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, mainly for Blue Collars (Warehouse Operator, Production Associate, Technicians etc) and Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural etc).
- Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills.
- Recruit and identify suitable candidates from various sources.
- Search available job boards, databases, and recruiter networks to identify highly qualified candidates.
- Screen potential candidates by telephone to establish compatibility with minimum qualifications and to determine candidate interest.
- Use various recruiting methods to advertise posts and publicize vacancies.
- Manage candidates from initial contact through placement in such a way to establish a long-term relationship.
- Set up consultant database for future requirements according to the skill set.
