We have an immediate need for an Operations and Human Resources Manager for our Bloomfield Hills & Troy offices :

Operations and HR Manager role - Dual Company Role

Role as Operations Manager in V2Soft

Work location : Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

Key responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, operational process and alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Support finance team with accounting functions including expense management, payroll, cost control, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Compensation, benefits and others functions.
  • Handle employee engagement, employee events, employee training, employee questions and maintain employee relations.
  • Audit all the HR, finance activities including 401k, workers comp, benefits, payroll, customer audits and others. Compliance with local, state, federal, and international labor laws.
  • Support & maintain process documents for CMMI, ISO, ESG and supplier diversity.
  • Manage office operations, including facilities management, Insurance, procurement, office administration, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee and manage all company contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and client agreements, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.

Role a HR manager @ Shankar Distillers

Work location : Troy, Michigan

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, Design, develop, and implement HR strategies to support business goals, enhance employee engagement, training, and align organizational culture across global locations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Ensuring all the policies and procedures are in place and is in compliance with local, state, federal, and international labor laws.
  • Supporting finance team as needed to provide input for payroll, expense control, audit and others.
  • Oversee and manage all company contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and client agreements, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.
  • Ensure that all contracts are properly executed and maintained, keeping accurate records and compliance documentation.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, operations management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance, and performance management.
  • Good experience with office management and operational activities.
  • Extensive experience in contracts administration, Audits, legal compliance, and negotiations with external vendors, clients, and service providers.
  • Excellent knowledge of office management, procurement, and resource allocation processes.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data, and create strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and drive profitability.
  • Proven ability to work with senior management and influence decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team.
  • Preferred to have experience managing office operations, facilities, and administrative functions across multiple locations (US., India, Canada, and Mexico).
  • Excellent experience with Microsoft outlook, excel, power point, Visio.
