What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Lead position at V2Soft?

The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as project leader for design and construction projects (expansions, renovations, greenfield, etc.) at our sites in North America.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
Experience in building design and construction, including industrial buildings and building related systems
Experience as Project Lead for Model Change, Equipment Installation, or Building Construction (3 years Required, 5 years Preferred)
Experience with one or more of the following :
Industrial mechanical systems (piping, chilled water, compressed air, etc.)
Industrial power systems (switchgear, power distribution systems, 480VAC and higher)
Controls such as PLC, networking systems, Building Management Systems and / or Variable Frequency Drive
General construction (concrete, steel, civil work)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
