Work Schedule
Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.
Join our dynamic team where your analytical skills and strategic thinking will drive the success of our auction operations. Reporting to the remarketing manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless processing and sale of auction vehicles, all while adhering to our internal and comprehensive auction agreements. This position demands independent judgment, initiative in decision-making, and regular exercise of discretionary authority.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the adherence to inspection guidelines by various 3rd Party Inspection Vendors.
- Review and validate the monthly invoices from 3rd Party Inspection Vendors, providing recommendations for any payments outside the established agreement.
- Generate and analyze performance metrics for 3rd Party Inspection Companies to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Manage relationships with 3rd Party Inspection Companies to ensure accurate and timely inspections.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, remarketing, or auction environments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in managing multiple processes using Microsoft Office Programs.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle and resolve disputes effectively.
Industry Experience and Education:
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor s degree is preferred to support your analytical and strategic responsibilities.
