Work Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Summary:

This role is pivotal in driving IT development, analysis, information management, and quality assurance initiatives that require specialized knowledge of niche technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Modify and enhance existing databases and database management systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Craft and code logical and physical database descriptions, guiding others in the coding process as necessary.
• Collaborate within a project team to coordinate database development, determining project scope and limitations.
• Evaluate project requests to assess database user needs, estimating the time and cost required to complete projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the IT department.

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow: Expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Risk Management: Proficiency in Integrated Risk Management, including policy and compliance management, audit management, and third-party risk management.
• Agile Experience: Strong background in Agile methodologies, facilitating efficient and adaptable project management.

Good to have:

• Experience with cloud-based computing systems, enhancing scalability and flexibility of IT solutions.

Education/Experience:

A high school degree and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, are required. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field is essential.
