Qualifications:

• 6 years experience
• ***Very important***Salesforce Service Cloud Development - we require a developer who has very strong experience with Salesforce flow, not just Apex and LWC. Messaging in App in Web (Salesforce's new chat platform). Experience Cloud being used for a customer service portal.
• If individuals have never supported an org using Chat and/or Messaging, we will not consider them.
• Top 3 Skills Needed: Champion development and integration standards, best practices, and their related deliverables. Aim to deliver processes and components that can be maintained by the business into the future using native features and functions whenever possible. Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning web components to meet the business's requirements

• Deep familiarity with building integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using Apex REST APIs or other integration ETL tools
• Experience developing and debugging LWC components. Confident to review code built by other developers and understand how to get to the root of an issue
