Position Overview
Join our dynamic team where your expertise will be pivotal in supporting end user computing needs within a financial setting. Your role will involve providing swift and effective solutions to technical issues, ensuring seamless operations for our users. This position requires a customer-focused individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users and executives, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, utilizing your expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, and SCCM.
- Manage and resolve tickets through the ServiceNow Ticketing System, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve technical resolutions and work independently when necessary.
- Assist with imaging and deployment of new hire equipment, including laptops, monitors, and docking stations.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Operating Systems and utilities, particularly Windows 10 & 11.
- Experience with Office 365 suite, including Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of imaging processes, such as PXE boot, for laptops and desktops.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management and issue resolution.
- Understanding of networking, cloud computing, and SaaS applications.
- Ability to analyze user needs and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zoom Poly or other A/V support systems.
- Knowledge of Global Protect VPN.
- Background in data storage, security, and compliance with agency regulations.
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
