Job Description - ( Salaried Exempt role )
*General work requirements are primarily in an office environment with limited work in warehouse environment coordinating/executing/tracking/reporting orders as necessary.
*Provide support as a hub supporting multiple end-user locations, requiring non-standard work schedule and flexible/extended hours as required; may include periodic travel to other sites in support of inventory and other temporary duty assignments.
*Due to Geographic Location, Material Control Coordinators will be expected to work independently with limited direct guidance/supervision, with primary responsibilities to include receiving requests, processing, preparing and shipping and tracking orders to support US Army Training Center requirements, and vetting/inputting/updating information in Maximo to support tracking/completion of orders and business reporting of status and performance metrics as required. Includes the following sub-tasks:
* Oversees the receipt of materials, verifying quantities, and entering data into inventory management systems.
*Allocates and organizes storage space efficiently to maximize the use of the warehouse.
*Determines the appropriate locations for materials based on their size, frequency of use, and compatibility with other items.
*Verify storage facilities comply with safety regulations and any specific storage requirements for certain materials, such as hazardous substances.
*Maintains a clean and safe environment and ensuring materials are stored in a manner that prevents damage or deterioration.
*Picks materials/kits from storage areas to fulfill orders.
*Responsible and Accountable to ensure mission essential items are ordered, stored, tracked, and distributed in support of multiple US Army training organizations, providing business reporting, tracking, and coordination to company management and with supported US Army Training organizations.
*Failure to provide efficient and timely support, accurate reporting, and comprehensive coordination/communication could result in negative impact US Army Training Schedules and capability of customer to meet critical mission requirements.
*Discretion and Judgement required to provide hub support for multiple end-users, to effectively prioritize resources and implement efficiencies to meet critical mission requirements.
*May include some supervisory/lead responsibilities to direct and oversee assigned tasks of Property and Material Control Associates on-site as required.
Education/Experience:
* (2 BA/BS or 1 MA/MS) or (4 AA) or (6 No Degree).

Required Experience:
*Overseeing the receipt of materials, verifying quantities, and entering data into inventory management systems.
*Experience allocating and organizing storage space efficiently to maximize the use of the warehouse.
*Experience determining the appropriate locations for materials based on their size, frequency of use, and compatibility with other items.
*Experience ensuring storage facilities comply with safety regulations and any specific storage requirements for certain materials, such as hazardous substances.
*Experience maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring materials are stored in a manner that prevents damage or deterioration.
*Experience picking materials/kits from storage areas to fulfill orders.
*Experience packaging materials/kits for shipment or transfer to protect the equipment during transit.
*Experience labeling all packages accurately with the necessary information, including product identification, quantity, batch numbers, and any safety warnings.
*Responsible for physical inventory reconciliation.
*Preferred: Supervisory/Lead experience preferred.
*Preferred: Experience working at a remote hub with minimal direct supervision supporting multiple end-user locations; willing to work a non-standard work schedule with flexible/extended hours as required; may include periodic travel to other sites in support of inventory and other temporary duty assignments
