Responsibilities
This is a professional level Logistics position in which the incumbent functions are required to monitor, evaluate, analyze, and control logistic programs, CDRL requirements, and as directed by the AIMD Contract and PWS. Reports to the Program/Site Manager for all policies, procedures and contractual matters associated with logistics. In addition, responsible for oversight of the logistic programs at all five (5) AIMD locations. Extensive working knowledge of Company organization and policies.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of five (5) years NAVY logistics experience, three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity, OR ten (10) years current NAVY logistics experience, three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely on material support matters, both orally and in writing. Must be able to read, speak, write legibly and understand the English language.
- Extensive working knowledge of Government Property Control/Procurement procedures. preferred, but not required in related field.
- Must possess leadership and management skills to direct assigned personnel to comply with established policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely on material support matters, both orally and in writing. Must be able to read, speak, write legibly, and understand the English language.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
