Overview
The Archibus IWMS Analyst will support our government client and will serve as a subject matter expert on the application, adaptation and integration of computer applications and associated data that are used in facilities management activities and functions of the client’s real property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a background in the operation and management of U.S. Government, Department of Defense (DoD) and / or Intelligence Community (IC) facilities and the multiple computer applications – ARCHIBUS, Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit – used across the full spectrum of facilities planning, management and operations activities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and test ARCHIBUS Web Central Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) applications.
- Provide subject matter expertise on strategies, techniques and solutions to integrate applications and data used in the management of complex facilities and facilities systems
- Support the implementation of approved solutions regarding the use and integration of facilities management activities, applications and data
- Communicate with clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
- Develop and document technical specifications from customer's requirements.
- Use industry-standard software, tools, technology, programming techniques and workflow rules to modify ARCHIBUS functionality.
- As appropriate, support customization of database schema, SQL Scripts, and stored procedures.
- Support development of real-time and batch-type interfaces to external databases.
- Integrate ARCHIBUS with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit to use floor-plan drawings.
- Communicate objectives and schedules to management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide domain expertise around specific areas of software development.
- Support creation and implementation of user documentation including guides and whitepapers for customers.
- Provide input to project schedules.
- Provide input to software development tracking tool (Jira or similar) on tasks and required level of effort.
Qualifications
TS / SCI clearance
7 - 10 years' of experience in facilities operations / planning / management, or a related field, including a demonstrated understanding of the Facility Management industry, processes and technology
Working knowledge of Oracle
Professional Degree in Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
