Facilities Program Coordinator - Security Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• The selectee will provide facility engineering expertise to support the planning and execution of the Agency’s facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) program at NGA Campus West’s (NCW) sites in St. Louis and Arnold, MO. You will be responsible for supporting the organization’s engineering support for the planning, design, and construction of sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects for the NCW facilities. This role affords you the opportunity to actively participate on integrated teams and lead multiple tasks, projects, or teams. The FSRM Program Coordinator may also have purview over Task Orders, Assessments, Studies, Pilots and Emerging Requirements.
• Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives
• Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality
• Develop the overall project plan and manage project operations
• Develop Plans of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) with metrics that ensure sustainment and execution of facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) programs
• Assist with tracking status of all of FSRM projects.
• Develop and maintain FSRM out-year requirements, especially the life-cycle maintenance and repair (M&R) program for the facilities.
• Capture future M&R requirements
• Track the status of all related projects in execution
• Make all record updates for the FSRM program
• Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively
• Works closely with assigned staff, senior specialists or task leads.
• May direct the activities of specialists or other staff as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline.
