Responsibilities
The Registrar will provide direct support to the FMS Center of Excellence. Provide stellar customer service to students.Assist with classroom setup and prep. Work with staff and faculty concerning student and course related tasks.
What You'll Do :
- Coordinating quotas and registrations for students and Military Departments
- Updating / managing student information in the Security Cooperation Workforce Database (SCWD)
- Packing boxes with instructional materials for offsite classes.
- Advising organizational POC’s and members of the Security Cooperation (SC), workforce of appropriate educational courses for SC positions based on enterprise needs.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Key Responsibilities :
Providing day-to-day support to FMS Center of Excellence.Working closely with staff, faculty and students.Customer service and communication skills are important.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education :Candidates should have a degree in a related field or 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree.Experience :Candidates should have experience of being organized with excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask, speak well and have excellent customer service skills. You should also be familiar and comfortable with navigating computers and programs.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Security ClearanceSkills & Technology Used
