Your Opportunity: Civil Engineer/Designer II - Land Development

Join our Southeast team as a Civil Engineer/Designer III, where your expertise will significantly impact the landscape of land development.

General Responsibilities:
- Project Design: Design land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential)
- Team Collaboration: Complete due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects
- Client & Agency Communication: Assist Project Managers in communication with clients and regulatory agencies
- Project Leadership: Lead projects delegated by Project Managers
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Mentorship: Review work of junior staff and provide feedback
- Construction Support: Provide periodic construction observation and office support for projects under construction
Qualifications:
- Education: Must be a degreed Civil Engineer
- Experience: 4 years in Land Development
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Certifications: EIT or PE preferred
