Responsibilities :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will :
- Lead and manage teams for various design projects, technical reviews, permitting, floodplain and stormwater management, project reports, construction administration, and funding coordination.
- Prepare proposals and budgets for new projects.
- Manage client relationships, accounts, billing, and collections to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other divisions on multi-discipline projects.
- Develop and maintain municipal client relationships through business development activities.
- Mentor and train staff.
- Participate in and lead training sessions and management meetings on mission alignment, quality assurance, staff development, proposals, budgets, and project performance.
