Your Opportunity : Landscape Architect III - Land Development Join our Charlotte, NC office as a design focused Landscape Architect III that allows you to utilize your creative expertise on a variety of land development-based projects for both private and public projects.

Responsibilities :
- Research governing codes and ordinances relevant to project sites.
- Develop site plans and designs for variety of market types, including mixed use, multi-family, healthcare, residential, commercial, industrial, education, and park and recreation.
- Coordinate with civil engineers and a variety of other consultants
- Create detailed hardscape and landscape designs
- Prepare graphics, plans, and construction documents utilizing the latest advanced technology
- Achieve design objectives and project milestones.
- Manage and track time and expenses.
- Learn critical thinking skills improve your knowledge of construction, design, and engineering.
