Position Overview :
As a Trench Crew Member, you will perform manual labor tasks to support the installation of underground utilities, particularly electrical conduit systems. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. You must also have experience with fixing stucco, building equipment walls, and trenching.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dig and prepare trenches for electrical conduit and other utilities.
- Assist in installing conduits, cables, and related materials.
- Operate hand tools and equipment (shovels, trenchers, mini excavators).
- Ensure trenches meet project specifications (depth, width, slope).
- Backfill and compact trenches after conduit installation.
- Fix stucco and build equipment walls as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and other labor tasks as needed.

Monday – Friday, with weekends as needed. Start time : 6 : 00 AM.
