Overview
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our medical team. The Ultrasonographer will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures to assist in the diagnosis of various medical conditions.
Duties
- Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures
- Conduct sonography examinations to create images of patients' internal organs
- Specialize in Ob/Gyn sonography to assess the female reproductive system
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and alleviate concerns
- Provide exceptional patient care throughout the imaging process
- Apply in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Utilize medical imaging equipment proficiently to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret imaging results
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performing diagnostic radiology procedures as an Ultrasonographer
- Proficiency in utilizing ultrasound equipment and software
- Strong understanding of medical imaging principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact compassionately with patients
- Certification in sonography or related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,400.00 per week
