Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Regional Market Manager to oversee our real estate marketing operations in Salt Lake City, UT, with significant income potential tied to your performance. In this role, you’ll drive market growth, build client relationships, and expand our presence, while also stepping into the field as a Capture Technician to create cutting-edge 3D tours, floor plans, and videos. Key Responsibilities

Regional Market Manager Duties (Primary Role) :

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and businesses in the Salt Lake City region.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow our market share, increase revenue, and promote our digital marketing solutions.
Develop strategies to enhance our regional presence, leveraging trends and client needs in real estate marketing.
Oversee operations and, as the team grows, manage a group of capture technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.

Capture Technician Duties (Secondary Role) :

Use advanced camera technology to photograph and scan properties, producing 3D virtual tours, 4K videos, and accurate floor plans.

Collect precise data for ANSI-compliant floor plans and prepare SEO-optimized digital assets for client listings.

Maintain and troubleshoot capture equipment, ensuring top performance during on-site shoots.

Collaborate directly with clients to schedule shoots and deliver high-quality marketing materials.

Qualifications

Experience : Sales, business development, or management experience preferred; photography or 3D scanning experience is a plus.

Drive & Ambition : A proactive, results-driven mindset with a willingness to hustle and achieve big goals.

Technical Skills : Ability to quickly learn and use advanced cameras, drones, or 3D tools for content capture.

Leadership Potential : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and, eventually, a team.

Physical Requirements : Ability to travel locally and carry equipment (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
