- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve products and services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry.
- Ability to type efficiently while communicating with clients.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
