- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain proper oil management, including filtering and replacing frying oil as needed.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with other kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels for fry station ingredients and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
