Sales Representative

Timeshare Sales Representatives needed for busy sales center.

Job Summary:

VSA Resorts by Vacatia in Virginia Beach is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Sales Representatives to sell and market Vacation Sales Associates products and services. The right sales representative will perform solely and/or in conjunction with management to meet budgeted expectations for the sales team. Our sales representatives must be engaging, comfortable, and experienced with talking to various customers and finding the right products and services that suit their vacation needs. Essential Functions/Duties Include:

• Sell vacation ownership/timeshare intervals, points packages and other products through normal marketing process provided by Vacation Sales Associates (Vendors and In-house)
• Actively build relationships with clients and prospective clients via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, e-mails, and mailings
• Actively seek training and industry updates
• Keep the Sales Center work environment clean and orderly

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 1 year of sales experience, preferred but not required
• Must have outstanding verbal communication skills both in person and on the phone
• Must have basic computer knowledge to include Outlook and Word

Physical Requirements:

While performing the essential duties of this Job, the employee is commonly required to stand, talk or hear. Additionally, employees in this position are frequently required to walk; use hands to lift, place, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel and crouch when stocking, shelving, etc. Employees must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Lifting items over 25 pounds will be done with equipment or two or more employees.
