Position Summary:
The Director of Talent Acquisition – Sales & Marketing Recruitment will lead the development and execution of a best-in-class sales recruitment strategy for six sales centers located in Las Vegas, NV; Weston, FL; Williamsburg, VA; Virgina Beach, VA; Palm Beach, FL; and Orlando, FL. We are building a world-class talent acquisition function to support our expansion and drive business success. This role is responsible for building the talent acquisition function from the ground up, establishing processes, implementing technology, and creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract and hire top-performing sales professionals. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of high-volume sales recruitment, strong leadership skills, and experience in the hospitality or vacation ownership industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Recruitment Strategy: Build and execute a recruitment strategy focused on attracting top-tier sales talent across all sales centers.
- Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales recruitment team, providing coaching, training, and development.
- Process Optimization: Identify, implement, and manage a recruitment process to drive efficiency and effectiveness in hiring.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Develop proactive talent pipelines, leveraging sourcing strategies including social media, referrals, job boards, networking, and industry events.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership, HR, and operations to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking: Establish key recruitment metrics and analytics to measure success, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on high-volume sales recruitment.
- Proven experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, or related industries preferred.
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technology, and assessment tools.
- Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills, including passive candidate engagement.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Ability to travel as needed to sales centers and industry events.
