Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain guest relations
- Manage guest reservations
- Hold conversations regarding compensation with guests
- Communicate with other departments and vendors
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors
- Manage phone systems
- Cover the phone line
- Ensure quality control and timely responses
