What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool and Spa Technician position at Vacation HR?
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of pools, spas, and related systems (filters, pumps, heaters, chlorinators, etc.)

Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) to maintain proper balance

Clean pools and spas including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and backwashing filters

Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment and plumbing issues

Monitor and document service reports, repairs, chemical usage, and maintenance logs

Ensure all pool and spa areas comply with local and state health codes

Communicate with property managers and residents regarding pool/spa conditions, scheduled services, and any needed repairs

Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies

Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs
