The Property Services Administrator provides support in the management and maintenance of properties.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee residential rental properties.
• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.
• Manage the day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of properties.
• Interview and recruit to fill staffing needs.
• Create employee shift schedules.
• Create and monitor and complete daily task schedules for the team, cleaners, vendors,
etc.
• Facilitate communication between operations and front office to be updating
guests/owners as necessary.
• Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments.
• Conduct meetings with team members, vendors, and owners.
• Warehouse organization and tracking- laundry and unit inventory.
