Responsibilities
- Make initial sales presentation to prospective customers
- Solution-based selling to align customer needs with our products
- Utilize your technical sales knowledge to present product features and benefits effectively, ensuring customers understand the value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with new members as required
- Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales and/or vacation package sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in similar environments is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proper note taking abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage time while at work.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and specified holidays if needed based off of business needs.
