What You’ll Do
As an Assistant General Manager, you will:
- Lead and implement operational strategies to achieve resort excellence while ensuring all business and financial regulations are met.
- Collaborate with Department Heads to coordinate schedules, mentor team members, and ensure seamless operations across all departments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction systems, SALT scores, and QA inspections to deliver a world-class experience that exceeds expectations.
- Engage with owners and guests to resolve service opportunities with professionalism and a smile.
- Partner with HR to oversee recruitment, performance management, and team development, ensuring a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
- Build and manage operational and HOA budgets, providing accurate forecasting and achieving financial goals.
- Support long-term resort planning, including reserve projects and capital improvements in partnership with leadership.
- Develop relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Rental teams to create a collaborative, guest-centered culture.
- Represent HGV as a key leader in the resort, attending meetings, overseeing compliance, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
