In-House Marketing Representative

Hiring Immediately – In-House Marketing – Myrtle Beach Brand Ambassadors!

Are you ready to take control of your earning potential? Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for highly motivated marketers to join our Myrtle Beach team! This position offers $20 Hourly Training Pay for the first two weeks, followed by an Hourly Commission Pay Plan. Average earnings for Marketing Reps in Myrtle Beach range from $60k to $100k annually, including commissions.

Responsibilities:

As an In-House Marketing Representative, you will:

• Engage with guests in our resorts to build relationships and promote vacation ownership.
• Professionally explain the value and benefits of Hilton Grand Vacations ownership while creating excitement about our vacation packages.
• Schedule guests for tours of our world-class properties and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including tour bookings and engagement goals, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and resort staff to create a welcoming, high-energy environment.

What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of sales experience preferred
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of the timeshare industry and customer service fundamentals is a huge plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with all levels of the organization

Schedule Requirements:

• 8-hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Holiday and weekend availability
